乃斗中之上將，實成敗之孤辰。
A top general among the Dipper stars, and a lone star of success and failure.
Zi Wei Dou Shu Quan Shu, vol. 1
In plain words
Qi Sha is a general: brave, alone, and a turning point. The book says plainly that it is a hard star and promises a hard road. Zi Wei turns it into power. In its strong palaces, with good stars around it, the reading becomes high command.
